Until you meet with Dr. Thompson for a complete exam and we analyze your CAT scan, it is impossible to give you an accurate estimate of the costs of Nobel Smile implants. The rule of thumb is that the longer you have worn a denture, a partial, or have had a missing tooth, the higher the cost. The main factor that increases the cost is the increased complexity of the NobelSmile procedure with more advanced bone loss.
A general guideline is that the cost of Nobel Smile™ implants will start at $20,000 to $30,000 per jaw, and for those that have waited many years to find a permanent solution, it could be higher. Conventional implants, which Dr. Thompson can also provide, will average $3,000 to $10,000 per jaw in addition to the cost of the fixed denture. Replacing a single missing tooth will usually run around $2,800. Again, this is just a guideline and until we can quantify your jaw bone density with a CAT scan it is impossible to give an accurate estimate.
Because our operational costs are lower in Gresham, Oregon (Just 10 minutes east of Portland) we can just about guarantee that your cost for Nobel Smile™ implants will be less than in larger metropolitan areas. Savings of $5,000 to $10,000 and more are not uncommon compared to higher overhead areas in California and Washington.
